          The solid seal column uses the APG technique, the automatic pressure gel molding of epoxy resin. It can shorten the production cycle of epoxy insulation from ten hours to ten minutes, and can control exothermic effect well. It can compensate the shrinkage caused by curing reaction, and has excellent dimensional stability and high mechanical strength. Especially applied to vacuum circuit breaker sealing pole column, complex, thin wall, multi-directional core extraction products are more advantageous.
The APG process includes three processes: pre-mixing, automatic pressure gel, and solidification after molding.

       In pouring, pouring material is the key. It has a great influence on the reliability and stability of cemented pole. For example-40 ℃-250 ℃, Changzhou State Electric Power Sentiment Insulation Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. uses the DE 9308 resin supplied by Jiaxing Oriental Chemical Plant. The quality of the resin supplied by this factory has been stable. A new pouring material has been developed for cementing pole column in Japan. The material consists of epoxy resin and spherical silica with two or more diameters. It has high strength, thermal resistance and toughness. At the same time, it is highly liquid. Figure 1 shows the structure of the new pouring material. The thermal resistance and strength of this new material are 1.3 times and 1.5 times, respectively, of common resin. According to the company, the number of products produced using APG is 48 times higher than those produced using general vacuum pouring.
