The door of the solid insulated switchgear is composed of the enclosure, electrical components (including insulating parts), various mechanisms, secondary wiring terminals, and interconnections. The materials for door of the solid insulated switchgear include cold-rolled thick steel plates or angle irons (used for welding the cabinet), or aluminized zinc thick steel plates or galvanized plates ( for assembling the cabinet)5. The busbar compartment of the solid insulated switchgear is located at the upper end of the opposite side of the solid insulated switchgear, serving install the three-phase high-voltage AC busbars and complete the connection with the static circuit breaker according to the ring busbar. All busbars are sealed with insulating waterproof sleeves When the busbar passes through the baffle of the solid insulated switchgear, it is fixed in place with a busbar waterproof sleeve. The withdrawable disconnector compartment is equipped special guide rails inside the disconnector room, allowing the withdrawable disconnector to slide and operate within. The withdrawable unit can move between the operating direction and the test direction. The cable compartment can be installed with auxiliary equipment such as voltage transformers, grounding devices, power switches, high-voltage surge arresters (overvoltage protection devices), and cables. The internal structure of the solid insulated switchgear is compact, possesses strong environmental resistance, and can operate stably under harsh conditions.
