       1. Zhongzhigui's underside door(cable door) interlock is realized by ground switch operation mechanism. When the ground switch is closed, the cam on the ground switch operation rod will press down the pin shaft, so that the neck of the pin shaft in the tongue plate position, the tongue plate can be removed from the pin shaft, the door can open.

 

     2.  Under normal conditions, this interlock can realize the safety protection requirements of the lower door: when the circuit breaker is closed, the cable room is charged, the ground switch can not be closed, and the lower door can not be opened, preventing personnel from straying into the charged cable room; Only when the circuit breaker is disconnected, the grounding switch is closed, and the cable room is uncharged, can the lower door be opened to enter the cable room. However, in the case of abnormal work(e.g. debugging, maintenance), the ground switch can also be divided and closed when the lower door is opened and forgotten to close. If the ground switch is divided, the circuit breaker can be closed.

 

         3. Once the circuit breaker is closed, the cable room is charged and the lower door has been opened, making it easy for personnel to enter the charged cable room for safety incidents. This is a serious security hazard in the design of the cabinet. The original design in the design of fault prevention interlocks, only to consider the cable room charged before the door can not open, but ignore the lower door opened the cable room can be charged, that is, do not consider backwards, so that this security hidden danger.
