      1.    Installation requirements
(1) All parts and components before installation must pass the inspection.
(2) The tools and tools for installation shall be clean and meet the assembly requirements. When fastening the fastener, use a wrenches or clubs, socket wrenches, screw near the arc extinguisher room, and do not use live wrenches.
(3) The installation order shall comply with the installation procedure, and the fastener specifications installed in each component shall be adopted in accordance with the design requirements. In particular, the bolt fixed at the end of the static contact in the arc extinguishing chamber must not be mistaken in its length specification.
(4) The distance between the poles after assembly and the distance between the upper and lower qualifying lines shall meet the requirements of the size of the pattern. (5) After each rotating and sliding part is assembled, it shall move freely, and grease the moving friction place.
(6) After the adjustment test is passed, it should be cleaned and cleaned. The adjustable connection parts of each component should be marked with red paint, and the outlet end should be painted on the forest and sealed with clean paper.

            2. The vacuum circuit breakers are assembled with ZN39(see figure III) as an example, and can generally be installed in three parts, namely the front, upper and rear. The order of the front installation is: skeleton positioning → pillar insulator → horizontal insulator → bracket → lower parent row → arc extinguishing room and side-by-side off-line rod → upper parent row → conductive CLIP soft connection → contact spring seat slide sleeve → triangular turning arm. The upper installation order is: spindle and bearing seat → oil buffer → insulation putter.
The order of the rear installation is: operating mechanism → separation spring → counter, closing, separation instruction, ground mark.
Then connect the above three parts of the installation: the front and the upper part, and connect the pin with the triangle arm with the insulated putter adjustable joint; The rear and upper parts are connected by the adjustable drive link of the actuating mechanism with the pin and the spindle arm. The assembly process is simple, intuitive and convenient. 3. Mechanical characteristics adjustment 3.1 initial adjustment
The initial adjustment is mainly for the adjustment of the contact distance and contact stroke of the assembled vacuum circuit breakers.
The initial adjustment should be manual slow closing operation to check that the parts of the installation connection is correct. When adjusting the contact stroke should not be too large, so as not to close the contact spring and die, so that when installing, the adjustable active head of the insulated putter should be short(spin). After normal hand force operation, the distance and contact stroke can be measured and adjusted.
